FAQs

How do I know what bra size I am?

We know sizing can be confusing — that's why we offer an easy-to-follow Bra Fit Guide and free virtual fittings with our expert team. Find your perfect fit from the comfort of your home!

What if my bra doesn’t fit? Can I return or exchange it?

Absolutely! We offer easy returns and free exchanges within Australia — try it on at home, and if it’s not perfect, send it back hassle-free.

For returns from New Zealand and other international countries (excluding the USA), our relaxed returns policy still applies. However, we are unable to offer free postage on exchanges. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can only process returns once we receive the items. Click here to start the returns process.

Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later options like Afterpay or Zip?

Yes! Shop now, pay later with Afterpay, Zip, or Laybuy — available at checkout. Find the perfect bra today and split your payment over time.

Is shipping free in Australia? Where do you dispatch from?

Yes! Free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $99. For orders less than $99, shipping is $9.50. We ship all our orders from our Sydney (Pymble) warehouse.

Do you have a store where I can try these on?

Yes, you can book a fitting appointment here for our Sydney location. If you’re not coming to Sydney any time soon, you can also try-on the items at home, and if you don’t love them, take advantage of our Free Exchanges and Easy returns.
