Shop with confidence knowing that if you purchase something and it's not right for you, we'll happily accept it back for a refund or exchange or credit. We request that you keep the tags on the item until you've tried it on to be sure it fits. Taken the tags off already? Please get in touch as we''ll try to help.  

Did you know:

  1. We offer 100 day time limit on returns - you can return an item at any time after purchase
  2. The are no processing or restocking fees for returns
  3. Cost of return shipping is FREE if you choose Store Credit. Otherwise there is a flat fee of $4.99 for Refund and $12.99 for Exchange. (for USA customers only)
  4. Please understand that we can not accept returns on Briefs/Knickers, or Swimwear without hygiene sticker - unless faulty.

    When and how will you receive your refund?

    After we receive the returned product, we will refund your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note, your bank may take 3-5 working days to show this refund on your statement. 

    *Please note when returning something for a refund the original postage you paid will not be refunded.
